We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and kitchen management. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, supervising food preparation and service, and fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Duties



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction Supervise food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to meet health standards Manage kitchen staff including chefs, servers, baristas, and other team members Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation Implement staff training programmes focused on hospitality standards, food safety, and service excellence Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold service standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities such as teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence

Experience



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive restaurant experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen management Experience in team management and leadership roles within busy dining establishments or hotels Knowledge of serving procedures, hospitality standards, and barista skills are advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
