We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, cooking, and serving, to ensure smooth operation.
Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee the implementation of food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste and optimise resources.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation aligned with menu specifications.
Organise staff rotas, oversee shift operations, and ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel management is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Background in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred; previous restaurant experience is essential.
Knowledge of serving protocols and hospitality standards is advantageous.
