We're excited to announce the opening of

Luciano's Hamilton

, a brand-new Italian restaurant and amazing Vesper Bar bringing authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and a vibrant dining experience to Hamilton. We are seeking an experienced passionate Restaurant Manager to work alongside our General Manager and help lead our team and establish this exciting new venture.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Luciano's Hamilton, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team. You'll work closely with the owners, general manager and head chef to bring our vision of authentic Italian dining to life.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service. Manage daily operations, including reservations, floor management, and customer relations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. Work with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional food quality. Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance. Assist the General manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

About You

2 years previous experience

as a Restaurant Manager ideally in a premium casual dining setting. Strong leadership and people management skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus. Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, especially in a new opening environment.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of up to

33,000 per year
