Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised environment in compliance with health regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in hospitality.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
