Restaurant Manager - Lead, Drive, Succeed

We're looking for a strong, experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of our newly refurbished, 400?cover restaurant and develop a high?performing team to deliver outstanding results. This is a fast?paced, high?volume environment forecast to turn over around 1.5?million in its second year, so if you know how to drive profitability and are committed to exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead the team:

hire, train, and develop staff to uphold top service standards.

Run efficient operations:

oversee daily workflow, ensuring seamless front and back-of-house coordination.

Drive profitability:

manage budgets, inventory, and costs effectively while keeping payroll in check.

Own the numbers:

analyse P&Ls and reports to make data?driven decisions.

Deliver exceptional service:

handle customer feedback, maintain high standards, and enhance the dining experience.

Ensure compliance:

uphold health, safety, and food regulations at all times.

Manage scheduling:

control labour costs while ensuring proper staffing coverage.
What You'll Need:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Financial acumen - experience handling P&Ls, budgets, and inventory. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast?paced, high?volume setting. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
