Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and superior dining experience for our esteemed guests.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to uphold the highest standards in food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and overall dining experience.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective management practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety regulations, and uphold impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Proven track record in restaurant management, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
