Responsibilities

Lead and manage the FOH and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to guests. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control. Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Develop and train staff in culinary skills, bartending techniques, and customer service excellence. Create an engaging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and collaboration among employees. Assist in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing offering. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting processes.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and bartending techniques is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
