We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires effective leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food production, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest level of food safety and presentation Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development Implement effective team management strategies to enhance productivity and morale Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences Monitor financial performance, including costs related to food production and staffing

Experience


The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations A solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment Previous experience in bar/barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential
