What we'd like from you

Management experience is necessary but a range of backgrounds will be considered. A good attitude is a must, fresh ideas are welcome and we would love you to be prepared to commit to a role for a minimum of 12 months. A strong interest in food, wine and the wider hospitality scene is essential but does not need to be extensive - we can build this together.
