We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Duties
Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Manage daily operations, including reservations, customer service, and order fulfilment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises.
Organise staff schedules and coordinate shifts to optimise service efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control to minimise waste and control costs.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
Implement training programmes to enhance team skills in hospitality, food safety, and service delivery.
Collaborate with suppliers and manage procurement processes for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent hospitality.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with culinary practices including food production and kitchen management.
Previous experience in hospitality management roles such as hotel or barista experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to food service establishments.
