As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Manage and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Oversee food production processes to maintain high culinary standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to promote teamwork and improve service quality.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
