We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant dining establishment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure efficient service delivery
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met
Manage team members including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the premises
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages
Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively
Organise staff rotas and optimise labour costs while maintaining excellent service levels
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and presentation
Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and service standards
Maintain a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities
Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Knowledge of culinary practices and food production processes
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with hotel or barista operations is advantageous
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills to motivate staff and engage with guests professionally
