Responsibilities



Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement training programmes for new employees to enhance their skills in hospitality and food service. Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while maintaining customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management and training within a culinary environment. In-depth knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers alike. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 39,950.00-42,800.00 per year
