As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for a

dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Manager

to lead our team and bring this vision to life. As Cafe Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations across

front and back of house

, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and a high-energy, motivated team. You'll play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience, driving team culture, and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities



Lead, train, and inspire both FOH and BOH teams to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience Oversee daily operations including service, scheduling, inventory, and hygiene standards Set and maintain luxury service standards, ensuring every guest experience is polished, personal, and memorable Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for all staff Monitor performance metrics and work with the ownership team to hit revenue, cost, and efficiency targets Uphold compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations Collaborate on menu development, supplier relations, and seasonal initiatives Address customer feedback with professionalism, charisma, and a solutions-focused approach Build a strong team culture rooted in accountability, pride, and hospitalit

Qualifications

2+ years experience in hospitality management (luxury or premium environment preferred) Proven ability to lead and develop teams Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Food Safety or Health & Hygiene certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
