Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations Collaborate with chefs to create menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff supervision Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential; hotel or barista experience is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences
