We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Indian Vegetarian Restaurant , demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role requires a passion for food preparation and service, ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and production.

Duties



Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.

Requirements



Proven experience in Indian Vegetarian restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques. Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality. Previous kitchen experience is preferred; barista experience is an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
