We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and overall restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of food safety Implement effective inventory management practices to minimise waste and control costs Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for quality ingredients Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, enhancing guest satisfaction Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices Previous experience within the hospitality industry, including hotel or barista roles, is advantageous Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality
