We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a passion for food preparation and service, ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
Store Operations Management:
Responsible for daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory and supplies, food safety, financial reconciliation and hygiene management. Ensure service standards, product presentation, and brand image are consistently maintained.
Team Building and Staff Development.
Train and develop frontline team members to build a collaborative and accountable team structure..Conduct performance evaluations and talent pipeline development to enhance overall service capability and professionalism.
Business Data Analysis and Operational Optimization
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and key operational metrics for review and improvement.
Develop actionable improvement plans based on store characteristics, and track and iterate on results
Brand Alignment and Headquarters coordination.
Implement headquarters' promotional campaigns, new product launches, visual merchandising, and brand communication strategies.
Provide feedback to headquarters on store performance, customer experience, and market insights to support brand optimization.
Requirements
Language Skills: Able to use both Chinese and English fluently.
Experience: Experience in Food & Beverage/retail /service industry management.
Management Capability: Strong team coordination, communication and decision-making skills.
Data Awareness: Able to make judgments and develop strategies based on data analysis.
