We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Manage and motivate staff, including serving personnel, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and performance evaluations to optimise team productivity
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production to minimise waste and control costs
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for ingredients and equipment
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers whilst retaining existing clientele
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire staff
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Experience in food production, cooking, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Leadership qualities combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous
