Job Description

This is a polished, well-established Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of SW1. It's busy, respected, and known for doing things properly. The food is strong, the clientele knows what they want, and the standards are high.
They're looking for a Restaurant Manager who's visible on the floor, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys running a great service. This is very much a hands-on role, leading from the front, setting the tone with the team, and making sure every shift runs smoothly from open to close.
This role will suit you if you:

Have experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in premium casual or fine dining
Are guest-focused without losing sight of commercial realities
Enjoy building strong teams and leading by example
Communicate clearly and confidently on the floor and behind the scenes
Take pride in detail, standards, and consistency
