Job Description

```Duties```
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and drinks are served to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen workers
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant management role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of culinary trends and a passion for the restaurant industry
