As Restaurant Manager at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operation and for maintaining the highest standards of service in a relentless pursuit of perfection. Primary Responsibilities Include:

Managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth running of service and the carrying out of duties in a professional and timeous manner. Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards. Being fully conversant and aware of all guests' dietary requirements. Working with the Train Manager and Head Chef on menu planning and pricing. Overseeing and controlling scheduling to ensure adequate coverage according to business levels. Continuously striving to improve and innovate product and services.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. 3-4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Proven leadership ability and experience in managing and coordinating different teams. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, tourism or business studies. Extensive food and beverage product knowledge, including a good understanding of flavour profiles.
