Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation, while adhering to food safety regulations.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and culinary practices.
Manage team performance through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining food safety standards.
