Restaurant Manager - Elegant Italian Dining

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at our stylish and vibrant Italian restaurant, renowned for authentic pizza, elegant dishes, and warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate will bring a natural flair for leadership and a deep love for Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving a positive, motivated team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage front-of-house operations with professionalism and passion Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation Train, support, and inspire the team to perform at their best Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure excellent guest experience Handle bookings, customer feedback, and day-to-day problem solving Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a quality restaurant setting Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine passion for Italian food and hospitality Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, positive attitude Excellent organisational and time management abilities Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards Fluent in English; Italian language is a plus but not required
