Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and team management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in food production and hospitality.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams effectively.
Background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is essential.
Experience in food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
Previous roles in culinary positions or barista experience would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
