people-focused Restaurant Manager
who loves building strong teams and creating welcoming, high-energy spaces.
About the role:
You'll be at the heart of our new restaurant -- leading, mentoring, and motivating the team while making sure every guest has a great experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and setting the tone for a positive workplace.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience leading a restaurant or hospitality team
Is genuinely people-focused and leads with warmth and respect
Communicates clearly and confidently
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in creating great customer experiences
Loves ramen (okay, this one's not mandatory... but it helps!)
