We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies
Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service, including serving guests and resolving any issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and high morale among staff
Organise staff meetings and training sessions to uphold service standards and culinary excellence
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
Extensive restaurant experience, including knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of food production processes and hotel industry standards is beneficial
A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts is preferred but not essential
