We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, optimise operations, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations. Develop and implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on culinary skills, hospitality standards, and team management. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Monitor food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all dishes served. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Skills



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Excellent culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers alike. Experience in barista duties or hotel management is advantageous but not essential.
