We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage a team, drive performance, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Oversee staff training in culinary techniques, serving practices, and hospitality standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without over-ordering. Implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new customers. Conduct regular performance reviews for staff members, identifying areas for improvement and development.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent leadership skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential.
