New Restaurant opening, \xc2\xa330k per annum, 40-hour weeks.

Are you a dynamic and proactive leader with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? Join us as the Restaurant Manager for our exciting new venture for a large, fast-paced restaurant dedicated to delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

New Opening Leadership: Play a crucial role in the launch of our new restaurant, ensuring a smooth operation from day one.

Guest Obsession: Lead by example in creating a guest-centric environment, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a large team of servers, hosts, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, dedication, and exceptional service.

Standards and Training: Set and maintain high standards for service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Train and mentor the new team members in the art of table service.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaboration: Report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, working closely to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful restaurant management, including experience in leading a large team.

Experience in 100+ seat restaurant

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and professionalism.
