This role involves managing team performance, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the smooth operation of both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards in service and food preparation.
Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Develop and train staff in culinary skills, bartending techniques, and customer service excellence.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous.
