We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee food production processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all menu items. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive working environment through effective team management and leadership.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation and production techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers alike. A background in barista services or hotel management is advantageous but not essential. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
