Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-functioning team.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food production to meet customer demand.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and optimise food production processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Exceptional communication skills for interacting with both staff and customers.
