We are a Southern Indian inspired restaurant, One of the newest restaurants in Oxford now being open for just over a year, first opened property is located in cheltenham. The restaurant is apart of a larger group of restaurants so benefits from head office support.

We currently recruiting for the Restaurant Manager.

The philosophy focuses on using the best local produce available to create a menu of contemporary Southern Indian dishes.

People are at the heart of our restaurant, and we know that our team is key to our success. As a member of the management team, we are looking for an exceptional individual who shares these values.

Key requirements for the role

Passionate about food, wine and restaurant culture. Able to give fantastic customer service yet with a high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude. Experience in a similar restaurant with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to constantly meet the points of service Work well in a team environment
Restaurant manager have a big part to play. Here's a few things you will do:

Develop and maintain a service culture which anticipates and exceeds customer expectations. Take responsibility for making sure the restaurant is always customer ready. Live and breathe our service culture and coach your team to do the same. Become an expert, as well as being hugely passionate about our menu. Exceptional customer experience is at the heart of what we do, and you'll ensure that only perfect plates of food leave your kitchen. Make sure you smash your financial targets, and monitor business performance.
