Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and food quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on team management, kitchen operations, and customer satisfaction. Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Coordinate kitchen activities - liaising with chef regarding menus and specials boards. Handle customer feedback with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction. Monitor wine inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain seamless operations. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Collaborate with the Bar Manager to ensure a well-rounded beverage menu that complements the dining experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
