As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and personable Restaurant Manager to lead our team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities



Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Lead, train, and inspire a passionate team, promoting teamwork and high service standards. Collaborate with the culinary and bar team to create innovative menu offerings, including seasonal and rotating specials to keep the team engaged and creative. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage inventory efficiently, ordering and controlling costs. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. Uphold and enhance our high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with ownership to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements



A warm, engaging leader with exceptional communication skills who builds strong relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers. A hospitality professional with previous management or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant setting, with strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. A keen eye for detail, organization, and seamless service execution whilst working in a fast paced environment. Someone who is goal-oriented and eager to develop within the industry. A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure while leading a team with confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-36,000.00 per year
