This role requires a professional with a background in hospitality, food safety, and team management to ensure smooth restaurant functioning, high-quality service, and efficient food operations.
Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff supervision, customer service, and food quality control
Oversee food preparation standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production to minimize waste
Lead staff training programs focusing on food handling, customer service, and safety procedures
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient shift management and high service standards
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety protocols, and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize profitability
Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed
Interview potential staff members and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team
Experience
Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
Extensive background in food industry operations including kitchen management, food handling, and culinary experience
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively and lead teams in a hospitality setting
Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards
Previous experience in fine dining or hotel hospitality management is advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Background in catering or banquet management is a plus
Prior experience with bar operations or coffee/barista experience can be beneficial
