We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and driving the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality.
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and kitchen assistants, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
Coordinate food preparation and production processes to meet customer demand while maintaining quality.
Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, serving standards, and hospitality best practices.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in supervising staff within a kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
