What You'll Do:
Lead like an owner
- hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with strong service standards.
Drive results
- use reports and data to increase profitability, reduce waste, and grow sales.
Own the operation
- manage daily workflow, control costs, and ensure a smooth service front and back of house.
Deliver standout service
- lead from the front, set the tone, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Make informed decisions
- analyse P&Ls and reports to stay ahead of the curve.
Maintain high standards
- uphold compliance, health & safety at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen
- shape the service for commercial impact and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
Experience running a restaurant or hospitality operation with confidence and accountability.
Strong commercial skills - you know your way around P&Ls, budgets, and labour controls.
