We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bar & Resutuarant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. You will be responsible for managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant environment.
Duties
Lead and manage a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Develop and implement training programmes for new staff members to enhance team performance.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Maintain financial records, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Previous experience in team management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
A background in kitchen operations or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.
