What You'll Be Doing:

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in making The Garden Bar a home away from home for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

You'll lead and inspire our talented team, fostering a positive, fun, and productive working environment.

Guest Experience:

Ensuring that our guests have a memorable and delightful experience is your top priority. You'll be attentive, ensuring that service is nothing short of exceptional.

Operations:

Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, from inventory control to reservations, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Training and Development:

Supporting staff growth and development, helping them hone their skills to deliver top-notch service.

Quality Control:

Maintaining high standards in food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety.

Collaboration:

Working closely with our kitchen team, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a harmonious dining experience.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for food, drink, and creating unforgettable experiences. Previous experience in a restaurant management role. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Impeccable attention to detail.
A friendly, fun, and professional demeanour.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
