Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Service driven Manager to lead and oversee our team with the daily operations of our restaurant at South West Pizza Co on Topsham Quay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is very much a Customer facing role

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service across customer experience, food and drinks quality. Leading the team from the front Support, manage, lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Manage stock & ordering across bar & restaurant whilst supporting chefs with there orders and inventory's Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Celebrate team members also, weekly Ensure cleanliness and organisation across the bar & restaurant and supporting the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, whilst delivering a fantastic customer experience for our returning customer base

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff supervision. Pushing team morale and teamwork Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Use Social Media channels to support the promotion of the business Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous A passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
