Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members to foster a positive work environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas Coordinate food preparation and production processes to guarantee timely service and quality dishes Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and restaurant performance Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food presentation, and culinary innovations

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Background in food production, kitchen operations, or barista experience is advantageous Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A passion for delivering outstanding customer service within the restaurant setting
