We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food service and safety standards. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food production schedules and maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to foster positive relationships.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets.
Train new staff members in service procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
