Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health codes.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills.
Experience in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in barista services or hotel management is advantageous but not essential.
