We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and culinary excellence. Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive work environment. Assist in menu planning and development, collaborating with chefs to create innovative dishes that meet customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures, to maximise profitability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct training sessions for new staff on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service standards.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
