Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive working environment
Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food production and presentation
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
Implement training programmes for staff development in areas such as food safety, hospitality, and customer service
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation across all areas of the establishment
Assist in organising promotional events or special menus to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant premises at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Experience in supervising food production processes and ensuring quality control
Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
