We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage staff schedules, oversee training programmes, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards
Monitor food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist in food production and kitchen management, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Serve as the point of contact for guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Organise staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in service quality
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment
Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and customer service at all times
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with demonstrated team management skills
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
Experience in managing restaurant operations, including serving, barista duties, or hotel experience is desirable
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Solid understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Relevant experience in kitchen environments or food service roles is highly advantageous
