What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service Managing day-to-day restaurant operations with precision and positivity Handling guest feedback and ensuring every customer leaves happy Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships Monitoring performance, budgets, and targets to keep the business thriving Recruiting, training, and developing staff to bring out their best
