We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food preparation, service, and overall guest satisfaction while managing a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices in food safety protocols. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on training and developing staff members. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience in serving customers with a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality. Prior experience in kitchen operations, bar or barista roles is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
